Managing Partner
With over 20 years of professional experience in Human Resources and Administration in Lebanon and GCC countries, Farah leads the general operations of Bright Outsourcing sarl, while playing a key role in providing tailored consultancies for top clients.
Farah holds a BS and MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Lebanese American University LAU Beirut, Lebanon.
Maria Bou Zeid

University Professor
Maria Bou Zeid is the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and an Associate Professor of Media Studies at Notre Dame University-Louaize (NDU). She is also the Executive Director of the Arab Studies Institute (ASI)-Beirut office.
Bou Zeid holds a PhD in Media Studies from Université Paris II, Assas, Paris, France and a master’s degree in journalism from the Lebanese University in collaboration with the French Press Institute-IFP and the Center for the Formation and Perfecting of Journalists CFPJ, Paris, France.
Dr. Bou Zeid has been actively involved in national and international consultation work and training mainly in the areas of communication and media.
Rony Costantine
Business & Recruitment Consultant
Costantine possesses more than 15 years of expertise in the fields of administration and human resources in Lebanon, Qatar, and the UAE. He successfully led several startups during the previous years, and he is currently managing the recruitment function at Bright Outsourcing sarl.
Costantine holds a BS degree in Business Administration from the American University of Technology.
